The Crisis Center is a participant in the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, the RAINN (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network) Lifeline and our local hotline.

The telephone hotlines provide 24-hour crisis intervention as well as information and referral services for adults, teens, and children.

The staff and volunteers who answer the phones have completed extensive, specialized training in the classroom and are prepared to deal with everything from simple information referrals to child abuse or suicide. The hotlines are strictly confidential except in cases where the staff or volunteer would be bound by law to report elder or child abuse, homicide, or suicide.
